How To Hide Dropped Students In Infinite Campus
This is a video on how to post grades on infinite campus and how to remove dropped students from your grade book. Choose missing grades/scores to show you those courses/students who do not have a grade reported. (make sure to uncheck show dropped students) or choose by grade / score and then you can choose specific grades to see (d's or f's). Infinite campus allows users to show or hide dropped students by navigating to the user menu and account settings. To hide dropped students, click on the show active students only option and select a section with students in it.
Look for show active students only, and check if you'd like to hide dropped students. Uncheck show active students only. Your dropped students will now appear in your gradebook, highlighted in red. You can show/hide inactive students by going to the user menu (person icon) in the top right corner, then selecting 'instruction settings' and then on the preferences page, check 'show active students only' First, familiarize yourself with the navigation panel on the left side of the page. Click around in each area, expanding any drop downs to explore further. In your admin preferences, choose the options that are checked below. Hide dropped students so they dont stay in the gradebook and seating chart, etc.
