This instruction governs the early commissioning program (ecp) for medical students appointed in the medical service corps (msc) prior to completing requirements for reappointment in the medical corps (mc). Due to the time needed to discuss and review commissioning information and packages, we conduct a monthly briefing on the first thursday at 0900. Upon completion of the program, all graduates join the bsc. Open to air force active duty members, program applicants must have their bachelor's degree or be in the final semester of school for their degree.
